After proper login to the "Customer Care Portal" all support requests are displayed. The customer can click on the request key in order to see the details, like attachments  attached by the support team or response comments.

The customer has also ability to create new requests using "New Request" situated in the upper left corner of the page

Choosing request project

In the next step the customer has to choose the project in which new request will be created. the following list of request types is configured here and also displayed here

"New request" form content depends on the project configuration and available fields in the Jira issue.

Displaying request details

Request details page contains 2 section

  • Comments - display all comments created by customer and by support team (responses) in Jira
  • Attachments - display all attachments attached by the customer or support team 

  • No labels
